After years of leading fitness programs, coaching clients, and building wellness communities, our founder noticed a recurring challenge in the activewear market, 

most apparel was designed around smaller, petite body types and often failed to cater to the diverse body shapes of Indian consumers.

 

This gap inspired the creation of YOU OWN IT.


Built with a deep understanding of movement and real-world fitness needs, YOU OWN IT was designed to offer movement-friendly activewear for every body type.

Ratnakar Pandey & Pooja Yadav

With over 20 years of combined experience spanning textile manufacturing, performance apparel, fitness, wellness programming, and community building, Ratnakar Pandey and Pooja Yadav founded YOU OWN IT with a shared vision: to create activewear that empowers people to move freely, feel confident, and own their journey.

Bringing together expertise in performance apparel and a deep understanding of movement, they set out to challenge the one-size-fits-all approach to activewear. Every YOU OWN IT product is thoughtfully designed to deliver comfort, functionality, and confidence for diverse body types and active lifestyles.
