1. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed during non-business hours will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timelines
  • Standard shipping within India: 3–7 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
  • Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹1,999.
  • A standard charge of ₹99 applies to orders below this threshold.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) — Partial Payment Requirement
To prevent fraudulent or unclaimed orders, COD orders require a mandatory partial advance payment at checkout.
  • The order shall be confirmed only upon successful receipt of this partial payment.
  • The balance amount shall be payable at the time of delivery.
  • Failure to make the partial payment will result in automatic cancellation of the order.
  • COD availability is subject to pincode verification and order value.
5. Tracking Information
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking ID and courier partner details via SMS/email. Tracking may take a few hours to become active.
6. Undelivered Orders
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery:
  • The Company reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery;
  • The Company may cancel the order without refunding the COD partial payment.
