Returned Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility Criteria
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery provided that:

The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn;

Original tags and packaging are intact;

The product is not part of our “Non-Returnable Items” list.

Purchase more than 7days

Final Sale or Clearance products

Products showing wear, stains, damage, perfume, or alteration
3. Return Procedure

Submit a request to hello@youownit.in with order number and product images.

Upon approval, reverse pickup will be arranged.

Returned products undergo quality inspection at our facility.
The Company reserves the right to reject returns that fail inspection.
4. Refund Structure

All eligible refunds are issued exclusively as Store Credit, valid for 6 months.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, replacement dispatch will occur only after the return passes inspection.
5. Damaged / Incorrect Products
For claims relating to damaged or incorrect items, customers must notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video. Approved cases will be replaced at no extra cost.
6. COD Partial Payment Refund Conditions

The COD partial advance amount is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order after dispatch or refuses delivery.

This fee covers logistics, processing, and reservation costs.
